Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.

Responsibilities
  • Experience managing partnerships teams and building partnership multiple levels of management and C-Level
  • Experience leading sales teams and developing performance/ brand customers
  • Effectively engage and collaborate with xFN teams internally and externally
  • Accountable for revenue target and identify growth strategy and areas of value for customers
  • Demonstrated understanding of advertising landscape and business opportunity
  • Lead and coach high-performing teams
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field;
  • More than 8 years of experiences in ad sales marketing and development;
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Thai communication skills;
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit;
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
