BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Working in the Facility Management section of the Embassy the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Worker carries out maintenance and repair work to all mission buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties. เจ้าหน้าที่บำรุงรักษาระบบทำความร้อน การระบายอากาศ และการปรับอากาศ (HVAC) บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอาคารและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด รวมถึงทรัพย์สินที่เป็นที่อยู่อาศัยและเช่า
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of secondary school is required and/or completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field is required. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และผ่านฝึกอบรมในสาขาระบบทำความร้อน การระบายอากาศ และการปรับอากาศ (HVAC)
(2) Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC systems is required. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อยสามปีในการซ่อมและบำรุงรักษาระบบ HVAC ทั้งเชิงพาณิชย์หรืออุตสาหกรรม
(3) Language: Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required. Limited knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required. Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skill. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 400, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office. - Must have a valid, current local driver’s license is required. A copy of Thai driver’s license is required with application). Incumbent must be at least 25 years old. A valid driver's license for a minimum of five years is required. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุและถือมาอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

(5) Job Knowledge: (This maybe tested.)

- HVAC testing procedures in control devices to monitor, diagnose faults, determine current operating capacity to the design requirements, all in accordance with host country regulations. มีความรู้ในขั้นตอนการทดสอบ HVAC อุปกรณ์ควบคุมเพื่อตรวจสอบ วินิจฉัยข้อผิดพลาด กำหนดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานในปัจจุบันตามข้อกำหนดการออกแบบ
