Your Key Responsibilities
- You ensure the Hello Health Group Core Values, our Purpose and Mission are exemplified in your own behaviour, and brought to life by your
- Contribute ideas to the content planning process for new topics, content formats leveraging insights from personal research and market trends
- Develop new content covering a range of health & wellness topics using approved information sources, ensuring the content aligns with the Hello Health editorial Content formats expected most are long and short form articles. Content must adhere to our strict anti-plagiarism guidelines
- Optimise new and existing content to improve its performance by understanding and including search engine optimization best practices into the content working with the SEO & marketing teams for support and insight where needed
- Manage publication timelines as part of a team with multiple stakeholders and process to ensure the content publication scheduled is upheld
- Be responsible for hitting daily, weekly and monthly content production goals, quality targets & traffic targets to your content working with marketing teams where need to drive further growth
- From time to time be responsible for creating a wider variety of content including copy text for infographics, script for videos, news stories, advertorials, interviews with experts & All whilst maintaining medical, SEO.
Your KPIs include:
- Quality of content (Editorially, SEO, Medical)
- Content production efficiency (Quantity of content)
- Monthly Unique Users in your area of focus
- Monthly Sessions in your area of focus
- On-time & in budget client campaign completion
Who We Want
- Bachelor degree or higher in any writing specialty (Journalism, language, media) will be considered combined with a passion and interest in healthcare & digital is preferred
- Have 1 – 2 years of working experience as Copywriter
- Experience creating high quality content in technical areas such as healthcare is important with an eye for detail and high standards and proven compliance to policies & ethical standards
- Technical writing experience including the optimisation of content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & a clear understanding of best practices for SEO
- Highly motivated individual who can operate autonomously as well as cross functionally within and across a diverse range of teams
- Data-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven by getting things done to a high standard within a short period of time
- Experience with writing software, data tools and CMS systems is a plus such as WordPress, Google Docs and Word, Excel and PowerPoint
