หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Understand business processes and analyze problem that end users are facing, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather requirements from Key Business Users or BU representatives, rationalize, and finalize the business requirements document.
- Work with SA to analyze technical feasibility of business requirements and identify solutions/ options/ workarounds to BU.
- Design and confirm business logics, end-to-end business flows, reports, and other necessary information required for effective software development.
- Prepare and execute SIT/UAT with key users/development team.
- Prepare and execute knowledge transfer for End users and other related stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documents.
คุณสมบัติ
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in software development or IT field, preferable with at least 2 years as Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding in software development life cycle.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Oil & Gas business is a plus
