ABOUT THE JOB
Process bookings of non-integrated clients
Monitoring the bookings from the generic mailbox, quick response to our clients, and ensuring that all the booking data is registered in our system.
Checking any special requests bookings and registering the requirements.
Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and destinations across the business also liaising with suppliers and our clients.
To solve discrepancies between providers and internal administration.
To use internal client systems to follow up on room allocation and payments when applicable.
Ensure validations are in place to guarantee data consistency.
Ensure maximum capacity and revenue from commitment properties and allotment handling, including stop sales when required.
ABOUT YOU
Strong administrational and organisational skills.
Experience user knowledge of Asterix system would be highly desirable but not mandatory.
Can think logically and can work well independently or as a team.
Easily adapts to a variety of changes in ways of working and can quickly react to operational issues.
Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
Fluent in verbal and written English is required. Additional languages are advantageous.
