- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all business stakeholders
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Oversee project procurement management and issue all appropriate documents (e.g. proposals, contracts, and terms of agreement)
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is created and maintained appropriately for each project.
- Document and follow up on important actions, decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Set project objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing team performance.
- Deliver presentations and effectively articulate pros and cons, facts and figures, and broad business topics to management, employees, peers, outsourced agencies, and clients.
- Possess expert knowledge of common methods to define problems, identify gaps in performance, gather supporting data, design solutions, implement improvements, measure results, and sustain results.
- Serve as a change agent to challenge existing processes in place and use data to communicate and support the opportunities that exist.
- Responsible for leading cross functional teams to maintain a long-term commitment by evaluating probable financial and operational impact regarding process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strategic and operational information, reports and metrics are available to share with others in the business as and when required.
- Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process.
- Take lead on internal and external relationships to ensure consistent, timely and effective communication regarding business process improvement & implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis, project coordinator, PMO or IT project finance / controller.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Capable of maintaining strong relationships, strong organization, multi-tasking, analytical, time management and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan, analyze, and deliver against deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail & Project management skills
- Proficient at process mapping, flowcharting, database systems, excel spreadsheets and presentations
- Good analytical skill, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills with MS Office proficiency
- Experience in working in collections, AMC, financial or banking industry is preferable.
