We are looking for a passionate and driven new graduate who are Chinese native to join our Business Development team as a Junior Analyst & Translator who will help the team find new opportunities, form partnerships, and drive growth initiatives with our Chinese-speaking counterparts.
Job Description

- Conduct research on Chinese companies, partners, markets, products, etc. as instructed by manager
- Generate reports on research and analysis
- Communicate with Chinese counterparts in both writing and speaking
- Act as translator for team members, managers and executives when required
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance and opportunities both for internal and external companies
- Support cross-functional teams on operations related to Chinese speaking stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – business, engineering, and communications majors are preferred but not required
- Native Mandarin speaker; fluent in writing, reading and speaking
- Professional proficiency in Thai and/or English (advantage if can do both)
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Good knowledge of vocabulary used in manufacturing / engineering
- Able to translate well in real-time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proactive and able to work well with others
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
