Role Overview
We are looking for:
- reporting to Procurement Operations Provisioning Service Connection Support Global Leader in Lisbon, the incumbent will have the accountability and responsibility to promote the standard services and to push for more compliance for any stakeholder in our processes, mostly for our users located in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
We count on you for:
- Promote and remind standard services and how to access them to avoid any recurring non compliance
- Ease and promote the users self service approach (push to left) using standard solutions
- Support the local organizations to utilize the Procurement services at its best through best practices sharing and identify areas of improvement which could generate process competitive advantages for the entire scope
- Provide spot training to user community on Procurement solutions to reinforce compliance
- In case of process non compliance, ensure stakeholders follow up to unblock the process (like Workcycles,ticket not answered, …)
- Establish an effective collaboration with the users and the Local Service Connection Specialist
- Manage and solve service non standard user issues
- Work in close collaboration with service specialist and compliance from the Service Unit to analyse root cause and solve non standard service issue
- Alert service unit on risk and opportunities that changes could generate for service improvement
- Grow the OPS process awareness about the services offered (as presented in Service ONE)
- Actively support the capability acceleration and competence growth of Operations
