About the QA Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the factory's adherence to food safety and regulatory compliance standards. The salary package is competitive with performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the factory laboratory, which involves having appropriate equipment and trained staff, following Good Laboratory Practices, and adhering to the Laboratory accreditation system
- Take on the responsibility of Food Safety by managing a food safety team and organise their tasks
- Ensure that the members of the food safety team receive relevant training and education
- Establish, implement, maintain, and update the food safety management system
- Preserve the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products by monitoring and summarising quality indicators that reflect changes in quality parameters
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality finished goods to both domestic and export markets
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of the factory's Quality Management System and coordinate its periodic review and updates
- Collaborate with production and the factory Hygienist to facilitate the implementation of HACCP studies
- Contribute to resolving issues related to quality and hygiene
- Supervise the proper implementation of quality systems, including training factory teams. Foster a culture of quality and continuously seek ways to enhance the quality of products and systems
- Participate in supplier assessment programs
- Plan and organise effective internal audit programs for the factory
- Fulfil any additional responsibilities assigned by superiors
- Ensure the effective implementation of operational safety, health, risk management, and environmental practices in the factory, aligned with local regulations and company guidelines
To succeed in the QA Manager job, you will need to have at least five years of quality management experience within F&B manufacturing industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science or related field
- Minimum six to eight years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance in the food industry especially in coconut product, UHT process would be ad advantage
- Knowledge about quality system as GMP / HACCP / ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 etc.
- A broad range of management skills is required with particular emphasis on leadership, supervision, motivation, communication, and planning
- Good command of speaking and writing English
