Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Critical Care Business in your assigned territory/accounts predominantly to ICU and Anesthesia. You will build and manage relationships with customers, looking to grow Edwards' strategic revenue. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities in your territory. This is an incredible business with innovative and disruptive technologies in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:- Serves as the main point of contact within the critical care business unit for assigned territory and/or customer base utilizing good understanding of cardiac anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term region plans to achieve region objectives

Bachelor's Degree in related field
5+ years’ experience of progressive sales experience in medical sales
Medical devices experience, ideally in ICU and/or anesthesia
Capital and/or consumable sales experience preferred.
Previous clinical experience in ICU or anesthesia highly regarded.
Proven track record of sales success or commercial acumen

- Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts

- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
