Job Responsibilities

Position; AVP, Portfolio Management (Unsecured Products)

Job Scope & Description:

  • To lead the team to manage the credit card customer lifecycle to maximise portfolio/account growth
  • Design, develop and oversee with full accountability on customer management programs i.e. New and dormant account activation, Balance build campaign, Retention campaign, Portfolio yield management, pricing initiatives and customer rewards programs for all card types.
  • Execute the campaign by leveraging and optimizing resources with efficient growth to deliver the planned target.
  • Analyze and take prompt actions, and set strategy to take proper actions for each customer's segment.
  • Work with related units; Business Finance, Data team, Operations, Risk, Tele sales, Call Center for execution and ensuring business target and strong customer experience.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure it has been utilized with utmost benefit to the Bank.
  • Work as a team with efficiency and productivity to support the organization.
  • Ensure the actions are implemented with proper control process under the organization's strategy.
  • Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and PL metrics though sales support and marketing/risk/analytics interventions
  • Lead all integration / migration projects that pertaining to Portfolio team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in portfolio management - especially in banking, financial service or insurance.
  • Expert in Credit cards product management, customer lifecycle management programmes and having previously led a team or projects related to migration is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ownership and growth mindset.
  • Ability to think strategically and logically.
  • Result and Performance Oriented.
  • Excellent in communication and presentation in both Thai and English
