Responsibilities;
Our client is a leading global logistics company with more than 800 locations, providing multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services. They are looking for a Business Controller to join their Accounting and Business Improvement team in Thailand.
Responsibilities;
- Handle month-end closing-related activities, such as: GP reviews, accrual checking with operations manager
- Ensure that accrual SOPs are implemented correctly
- Perform month-end closing by uploading financial data to TM1 system; download processed data from the TM1 system to reporting template
- Review monthly results in Qlik sense Dashboard reporting and distribute to management
- Prepare and submit rolling monthly forecast
- Prepare yearly budget with senior management
- Develop and maintain internal controls and set up effective accounting systems and policies
- Assist Managing Director by checking credit terms and limits for new clients
- Implement dunning process to collect customer payments; when necessary, organise periodic debtors meetings with management/sales teams, and follow up
- Perform financial analysis for individual sites as well as overall organisation
- Present the financial analyses and review client contracts; oversee financial validations of existing client portfolio
- Provide analysis and projections for potential investments
- Liaise with external auditors/tax advisors for annual tax filing
คุณสมบัติ
- 4 years of relevant experience
- CPD/CPA is a plus
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, translating them to actions and business plans
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A self-starter with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
