A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Support in the overall management of quality processes. The function contributes to the implementation of the Nestle Continuous Excellence in the pursuit of Zero defect as the essential base for maintaining consumer trust and preference.
- Assist food safety team leader to manage and maintain quality management system and hygiene control in line with Nestle standards & regulatory requirements, responsible for supervising and coordinating with team for all activities related to Food safety and quality.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools in technical expertise.
- Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs. Set operational objectives in collaboration with QA & PD Manager.
- Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
- Handle consumer and customer Complaints.
- Handle with internal & external quality management system audit.
- Support the delivery of training in specific areas of concern to the required functions.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as QA Supervisor, Production supervisor or similar role
- Good English and Thai communication skills.
- Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
- Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good project management & communication skills.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross functional.
